Your Team took on the mission of working across agency lines and as a result of this Team effort you have developed a customer-friendly approach for the American public to buy Government seized and excess real estate.
Thank you for the work you have accomplished. The Team reinvented the real estate sales process by using the existing U.S. Customs Service real estate sales infrastructure. Not only did the Team improve access by the public to Government real estate sales, they also have set a new standard for partnership. The Team proved that by working together we can create a Government that 'works better and costs less.'

valued in excess of one billion dollars.

to the US Treasury Department, we have sold property for
agencies such as the Veterans Administration, HUD, FDIC,

Fannie Mae, and the U.S. Marshals Service.
